One installer is accountable for the entire project

At Bespoke, the person recommending the film is also responsible for installing it.

Customers work directly with Kris to select the film, shade, coverage, and product that fit their vehicle and priorities. With more than 20 years of installation experience, he remains responsible for the recommendation, workmanship, final inspection, and support after the appointment.

There is no handoff between a salesperson, service advisor, and an installer the customer has never met. One experienced owner is accountable for the project from beginning to end.

Bespoke is a 3M Pro Shop Dealer, a 3M Crystalline Preferred installer , and an authorized STEK installer.

Recent Bespoke reviews repeatedly mention precise workmanship, honest recommendations, clean installations, concealed PPF edges, durable tint, repeat service, and Kris personally addressing issues when something needs attention.

Concerns raised in recent Accutint reviews

Recent Accutint reviews include complaints involving changing prices, missed completion estimates, work being performed after it was declined, and disagreements over post-installation concerns.

One longtime customer said he was quoted $400 twice for additional vinyl work before the proposed price increased to $610 plus tax. After he canceled the appointment, he said the shop lowered the price to $475. The reviewer stated that the experience caused Accutint to lose him as a repeat customer.

Another reviewer said a full-front PPF installation took longer than promised and that headlight tint was applied after he had declined it. He later reported finding two chips in the hood and said he disagreed with the owner about whether the installation contributed to the damage. According to the review, the shop offered to redo the work only if he paid again.

A separate reviewer also reported that a job expected to take one day required two days.

These are customer allegations published on Yelp, not independently verified findings. They are relevant to the comparison because they describe concerns involving estimates, authorization, communication, and how disputes were handled after the work was completed.

Why the ownership model matters

Automotive film installations can involve subjective recommendations, delicate surfaces, and issues that may not become visible until after the customer leaves.

When several employees are involved, responsibility can become divided between the person who sold the service, the technician who performed it, and the person handling the complaint.

Bespoke avoids that structure. Kris recommends the product, performs the installation, checks the finished work, and remains the customer’s point of contact afterward.

For customers who value clear accountability, that direct owner-installer relationship is a meaningful difference.
